The Operations Executive ,This role involves coordinating between the sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and other required documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and contracts in the CRM system.
  • Handle the end-to-end process of onboarding customers and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., tech, legal, and product) to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Generate and analyze sales performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Track sales targets and performance metrics for the team.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and propose actionable solutions.
  • Implement tools and practices to improve efficiency and accuracy in sales operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries during the sales cycle.
  • Resolve operational issues and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
