Job Summary
The Operations Executive ,This role involves coordinating between the sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and other required documents.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and contracts in the CRM system.
- Handle the end-to-end process of onboarding customers and partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., tech, legal, and product) to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
- Generate and analyze sales performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Track sales targets and performance metrics for the team.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and propose actionable solutions.
- Implement tools and practices to improve efficiency and accuracy in sales operations.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries during the sales cycle.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
- Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
